Is there a minimum duration required for a MissFresh subscription?

The best part about MissFresh is that we're an engagement-free subscription service, which means you can cancel your account at any time without any fees. Please note that our cut-off is the Wednesday at 11:59 pm HNE prior to the week of delivery. 
 

In your account, you can manage up to 6 weeks in advance on your account and “skip” the weeks for which you don’t want to receive any boxes.

To skip a week, you can simply :

-Log into your account

-Click on "My Deliveries" on the top left of your screen

-Click on the week you'd like to skip on the calendar on your left

-Click "skip" on the right hand side (besides the price of the box)

-On your calendar, the circle of the delivery day will then turn red, meaning you're not receiving any boxes!

 

If ever you think MissFresh is not for you, you can also deactivate your account. All you need to do is log into your account under *Settings* and click on *Deactivate account*. Even if you deactivate your account, you'll still receive the boxes you paid for. You can reactivate your account at any time just by logging back in and clicking on the link!
